San Francisco Bay Area Puma Project

In spring 2016 I traveled the the San Fransisco Bay area to learn about the incredible work the Felidae Conservation Fund is doing. My goal was to create a short film about one of their organization’s interns, and inspire people to get involved with the conservation of this species..

Please watch this short film I created about Joe Acampora and his Western State Colorado University Master of Environmental Management (MEM) project, which focused on the mountain lion (Puma Concolor) population in the Bay area.  Joe is currently pursuing his Ph D in Human Dimensions of Natural Resources at Colorado State University.

You can learn more about Joe and this very important and necessary work with Pumas and People.
